Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The invoice terms and conditions for deliveries to Germany can be found at

Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.

Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you offer.)

The use of payment methods such as invoices, installment purchases, and direct debit requires a positive credit verification. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract.
