Shipping Areas

We currently ship only to Germany and Austria.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders of €49 or more (DE) or €89 or more (AT). For orders under these amounts, shipping costs €4.95 (DE) or €9.95 (AT). Shipping via DHL, delivery time is 1–3 business days (DE) or 2–8 business days (AT).

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days (DE) or 2–8 business days (AT) after receipt of payment. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carrier

Shipping is handled exclusively by DHL. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods is not transferred to the customer until delivery.

Returns

Information regarding returns under the right of withdrawal can be found in our Refund Policy. The customer bears the costs of the return.
