Who we are and what we stand for.
What is SYNTYZE?
SYNTYZE is a supplement brand based in Germany. We develop plant-based nutritional supplements for athletes who value high-quality ingredients, transparency, and a clean formula. Our first product is SYNTYZE Plant Protein – a plant-based protein powder with digestive enzymes and fiber.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the EU and are subject to strict European food standards. Each batch is also independently tested in accredited laboratories.
Why no sweeteners?
We want to offer a product that is as natural as possible. Sweeteners like sucralose or stevia alter the flavor profile and are controversial in their potential impact on gut flora. Our Plant Protein, on the other hand, relies on the natural flavor of high-quality ingredients.
Are your products vegan certified?
Yes. Our plant protein is certified by the Vegan Society. It contains no animal ingredients, no soy, no gluten, and no lactose.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via DHL. Delivery time is typically 2–3 business days within Germany and 3–5 business days to Austria.
How much does shipping cost?
- Germany: €3.95
- Austria: €5.95
From when is shipping free?
We offer free delivery to Germany for orders over €50 – and to Austria for orders over €90.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany and Austria. More countries will follow.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we can make changes. Simply email us as soon as possible at contact@syntyze.com .

How does the 100-day money-back guarantee work?
You can test our product for 100 days. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund the full purchase price – no questions asked. The 100 days start from the day you receive your order.
What if I don't like the taste of the product?
No problem. Our 100-day guarantee also applies if you don't like the taste.
How do I start a return?
You can easily request a return in your customer account, or you can email us at contact@syntyze.com with your order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.
How quickly will I get my money back?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Who pays the shipping costs for a return?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as your package arrives, we will take care of everything else and refund the purchase price without any hassle.

Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Every single batch is independently tested in accredited laboratories – for purity, heavy metals, gluten and microbial contamination.
Where can I find the lab results?
The lab results can be viewed directly on the product page under "Lab Results". We publish the results for each batch.
